What we collect

When you send us your project details, we collect:

• Your contact information — your name and email (required, so we can reply), plus your phone number and project address if you choose to share them.
• Your project details — the rooms you're papering, their measurements, your notes, and details about the wallpaper you're considering (brand, pattern, a link, or notes).
• Photos you upload — pictures of your rooms and of the wallpaper or its label, so we can prepare an accurate estimate.
• Anything you write in the message box.

Automatically, when you submit the form, our system also records your IP address, basic browser and device information, and the site you came from. We use that only to help prevent spam and abuse.

Why we collect it

One reason: to prepare your estimate and get back to you — usually within 48 hours. We use your information to understand your project, work out a quantity and a quote, and respond. Nothing else.

Your photos

The photos you send are used only to prepare your estimate. We will not publish them, post them on social media, or use them in our portfolio or any marketing without asking your permission first. If we'd ever love to feature your finished project, we'll ask you directly.

How it's stored, and who helps us run it

Your submission is sent securely to our project system (we call it PaperPlan), where we review it. To run the website and handle your request, we rely on a few trusted services:

• Netlify — hosts our website and the form
• Google Firebase — securely stores your submission and photos
• Resend — emails us a notice that your request came in
• ntfy — sends us a phone alert so we don't miss it

These providers handle your information only to provide their service to us.

What we don't do

We never sell or rent your information, and we don't use it for advertising. We're a small family business — your details are used to serve your project, and that's the end of it.

How long we keep it, and your choices

We keep your information as long as we need it to serve you and for our normal business records. You can ask us at any time to see, correct, or delete the information we have about you — just email info@okcwallpaper.com and we'll take care of it.

Children

Our site and services are meant for adults arranging wallpaper work; they aren't directed to children.

Changes

If we update this policy, we'll change the date at the top of the page.
